IHH Healthcare Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and confident Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis working remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Live Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via our chat platform to answer questions, provide support, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 0 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Confident and dedicated personality with a strong desire to help others - Strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills
