Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team remotely in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with orders. 2. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, always upholding the highest standards of customer service. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and provide solutions. 4. Demonstrate emotional intelligence when interacting with customers, showing empathy and understanding. 5. Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
