Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Live Chat Associate in a remote work capacity. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions on our website. This position is part-time and entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and troubleshooting technical problems. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate responses and ensure consistency in messaging. 5. Monitor and analyze trends in customer inquiries to provide feedback to the team for process improvement. 6. Utilize creativity and research skills to develop new strategies for customer engagement and satisfaction. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 4. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 5. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 6. Creativity and research skills. 7.
