Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Malacca City. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial resolutions with customers - Provide innovative solutions to improve customer experience and drive satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in using live chat software and basic computer applications - Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus
