Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Associate at Petronas, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, MY, offering part-time hours at the Associate level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and anticipate customer needs. 4. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common issues.

Requirements: 1. Must be an independent and dedicated individual who thrives in a remote work environment. 2. Possess strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 3. Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly. 6. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
