Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad. This is a part-time remote position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, suitable for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with at least 6 years of relevant experience. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring a seamless and efficient communication experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the live chat platform, including monitoring conversations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality interactions with customers. 3. Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service and support. 4. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices. 5. Work closely with other departments, such as customer service, marketing, and sales, to coordinate efforts and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in live chat technology to continuously improve our services.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Live Chat Manager or similar role in a customer service environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Energetic and proactive approach to customer service. 6. Proficiency in chat software and CRM tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
