Job Description:
Maxis Berhad is seeking a talented and motivated Live Chat Officer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via live chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong project management and planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using online chat platforms and other communication tools
