Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer for remote work in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience, and the ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Conduct research to obtain accurate information and solutions for customer inquiries. 3. Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. 6. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong research skills to gather relevant information quickly. 3. Proven problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 5. Tech-savvy with familiarity in using live chat software and customer support tools. 6. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
