Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative in a remote work setting. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally via live chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 6. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong people management and leadership skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems. 6. Previous experience with live chat support is a plus. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
