Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a confident and dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level employee, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and product inquiries - Use strategic planning to identify and address customer needs effectively - Communicate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to share customer feedback and improve overall processes - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Personality traits: - Confidence in your abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service at all times
Soft skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Strategic planning abilities to identify and address customer needs proactively
