Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Petronas, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through live chat support. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns - Assist customers with product orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Adaptability and passion for customer service - Strong people management and leadership skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
