Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the accounting department - Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information - Assist with month-end financial reporting - Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Respond to accounting inquiries from internal and external stakeholders - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Hardworking and confident individual - Strong problem-solving skills and innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
