Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a reliable and dedicated Account Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Assist with preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and track expenses - Assist with auditing and compliance efforts - Provide general administrative support to the accounting department - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure accurate financial data - Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role - Strong project management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
