Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

As a Remote Account Support Assistant at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the accounting department remotely. Your primary duties will include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budget preparations. You will also be responsible for responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audit preparation.

Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records and update databases - Process invoices and reconcile bank statements - Assist with budget preparations and financial forecasting - Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders - Prepare financial reports and assist with audit preparations - Collaborate with team members to ensure financial compliance - Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field - Passionate about finance and eager to learn new skills - Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work well with others - Critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills
