Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with client communication and relationship management - Conduct research on industry trends and market opportunities - Prepare presentations and reports for meetings - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Proficient in research and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience in account management or customer service preferred
