Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in maintaining client relationships and ensuring client needs are met - Conduct research and analysis to support account management strategies - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to clients - Assist in the development of account plans and strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in account management or a related field - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working with media or advertising clients is a plus
