Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team at Perodua in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Remote Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing assistance with account-related issues - Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts, updating information, and processing payments - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use creativity and innovation to develop solutions that exceed customer expectations - Utilize people management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account management - Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and provide innovative solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and organization
