Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the accounts team by assisting with financial reporting and analysis - Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management - Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies - Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks - Assist in managing client accounts and addressing any client inquiries or concerns - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounting and finance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and hardworking attitude - Strong people management and decision-making skills
