Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Support Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Account Support Associate, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our account management team. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in maintaining and growing client relationships - Prepare and analyze financial reports and data - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Provide administrative support as needed - Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues - Assist in creating presentations and proposals for clients - Monitor account activities and track progress towards goals - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
