Account Support Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Support Associate to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience required, you will be responsible for providing support to our Account Management team. This part-time role offers an opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist Account Managers in maintaining client relationships and addressing client inquiries. 2. Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients. 4. Assist in creating and delivering client presentations. 5. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes. 6. Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Independent and adaptable with the ability to work well under pressure. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
