Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Assist with customer inquiries, account maintenance, and general administrative tasks. - Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. - Utilize decision-making skills to assess and resolve client issues effectively. - Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. - Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account support. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently. - Excellent people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with team members virtually. - Must be dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.
