Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a related field and possess strong soft skills such as planning and decision-making. We are looking for a motivated and confident individual who is able to work independently and contribute to a meaningful mission.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support to clients via email, phone, and online chat. 2. Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and resolving customer issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
