Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Account Support Associate to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Account Support Associate, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent support to our clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have - Manage and update client account information accurately and efficiently - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions

Requirements: - Passionate and adaptable individual who is willing to learn and grow with the company - Strong time management skills and attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
