Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Support Associate to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist with account management tasks such as processing orders, updating customer information, and resolving billing inquiries - Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues - Use critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively persuade and influence customers - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Must be motivated, driven, and able to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
