Job Description:
Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in account management and customer support. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Remote Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts remotely and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and video conferences - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients and work towards achieving sales targets - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account status and performance - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in account management and customer support - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
