Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Support Manager

As an Account Support Manager at Axiata Group Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY, you will play a critical role in providing support to our key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level who is driven and motivated to excel in a dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Prepare and present regular account reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients. 7. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in an account management or customer support role. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. 3. Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving customer success. 4. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting. 5. Visa sponsorship, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Paid overtime are available for eligible candidates.
