Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships - Provide support and assistance to customers with any account-related inquiries or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services - Monitor account performance and address any concerns or opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase account retention and revenue growth - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key account metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account management processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in key account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and driven personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
