Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for an Account Support Manager to join our team at Top Glove Corporation Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts - Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth and retention - Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting to management - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Handle contract negotiations and renewals - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Travel as necessary to meet with key accounts in-person


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
