Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed their expectations. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients. 4. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients on progress and achievements. 5. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts, and work towards increasing revenue and profitability. 6. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner, and ensure resolutions are implemented. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their business objectives. 8. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. 3. Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 5. Hardworking and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility. 6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions. 7. Experience in people management and team leadership is a plus. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
