Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing and providing support to key client accounts.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction - Develop and implement account strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals - Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and progress - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities - Monitor account health and identify potential risks

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs - Persuasion skills to influence decision makers and drive business results - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
