Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Account Support Manager. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with IJM Corporation Berhad, located in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts by managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Collaborate with sales team to develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities. 3. Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. 4. Assist in project management activities, including coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client commitments. 5. Analyze data and generate reports to help drive business decisions and optimize account performance. 6. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to address account issues and provide solutions. 7. Maintain accurate records of account activity and update relevant systems with customer information. 8. Monitor account metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Previous experience in account management or customer support roles. 3. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent research skills and the ability to analyze data effectively. 5. Energetic and confident personality with the ability to work independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
