Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality account support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their account needs and provide solutions. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 3. Process account applications, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with the account management team to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 5. Conduct detailed analysis of account data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account-related activities. 7. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve account issues in a timely manner. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Previous experience in account management or customer service preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
