Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an entry-level role, this position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about finance and eager to kickstart their career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the accounting team in day-to-day operations. 2. Assist with processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial information. 4. Maintain records of financial transactions and update database with relevant information. 5. Assist in audits and compliance activities as needed. 6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about finance and accounting. 2. Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Demonstrated strategic planning skills. 4. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 5. No prior experience required - open to recent graduates. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
