Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, have strong time management skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Providing remote support to account holders and assisting with any inquiries or issues they may have - Handling account maintenance tasks such as updating personal information and processing payments - Communicating with clients via phone, email, or chat to resolve any account-related issues - Working closely with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assisting with account reconciliation and reporting as needed - Following company guidelines and protocols for account security and confidentiality

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - A cooperative attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with team members - Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
