Remote Account Support Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to our customers in managing their accounts remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and dedication.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain customer accounts remotely - Provide support to customers with account-related inquiries and issues - Assist customers with account setup and updates - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate effectively with customers to provide a high level of service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Creativity and adaptability in approaching customer issues - Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
