Job Description:
Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in account support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients regarding account-related inquiries and issues. 2. Assist in account management tasks such as account setup, maintenance, and closure. 3. Conduct research to resolve complex account problems and provide innovative solutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall account support efficiency. 5. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of account activities to management. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding account management and data security. 8. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 9. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in account support.
Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in account support roles. 2. Reliable and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills. 3. Strong cooperation and communication skills. 4. Ability to conduct in-depth research to resolve account-related issues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 8. Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
