Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Support Officer to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY on a part-time basis. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are independent, adaptable, possess critical thinking skills, and excellent planning abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the accounting department - Assist with data entry and invoice processing - Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting - Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable - Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any issues - Assist with payroll processing and employee expenses - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
