Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team at MISC Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Account Management team by assisting with client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and company products to provide knowledgeable support to clients

Requirements: - Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment - Driven and goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed client expectations - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and clients - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
