Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, hardworking, and have a knack for negotiation and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to existing customer accounts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination on account activities. 3. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement. 4. Coordinate with clients on billing, payments, and other financial matters. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills. 5. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
