Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate level position, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing support to our sales team and assisting with customer account management.

Responsibilities: - Assist sales team with customer account management, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving customer inquiries or issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. - Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless customer experience. - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and organizing sales materials. - Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Reliable and confident personality traits. - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and influence purchasing decisions. - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Must be organized and detail-oriented.
