Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team at Padini Holdings Berhad. As an Account Support Representative, you will work from home and be responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting with account management tasks. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing support to clients with account-related issues - Assisting with invoice processing and payment tracking - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Soft skills in negotiation and persuasion - Ability to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment
