Job Description:

Petronas is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team. As a Work from Home Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
