Job Description:
As an Account Support Representative at SIRIM Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your home in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients. 2. Provide support to clients with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat. 3. Conduct analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer service. 4.
