Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level team member, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing support to our sales team and ensuring smooth operations with our clients. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 3. Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. 4. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and gather competitive intelligence. 5. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review. 6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to optimize account management processes and drive business growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Excellent negotiation skills to successfully resolve conflicts and achieve win-win outcomes. 3. Strong research abilities to gather and analyze market data effectively. 4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
