Malaysia Airlines Berhad is currently seeking an Account Support Representative to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, hardworking, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have experience in project management.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Assist with customer account maintenance, including updating contact information and processing orders. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and ensure seamless communication. 4. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management. 5. Assist with the development and implementation of account strategies to drive growth and retention.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and project management experience. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
