Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time, entry-level position requires 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, confident, and possess strong research and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in maintaining client relationships and meeting client needs - Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports and data - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for clients - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise - Update and maintain client records in our database - Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for new business opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be hardworking, confident, and adaptable - Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively
