Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


Maxis Berhad, a leading telecommunications company in Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated and confident Account Support Specialist to join our team in our George Town, Penang office. This part-time position requires an Associate Level candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or account management.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Manage and update customer account information and profiles accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients - Assist in the creation and implementation of account strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts - Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Persuasive and able to influence others positively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
