Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, and possess strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients remotely - Manage and resolve account issues and inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with account management and data entry tasks - Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain relationships - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
