Job Description:
Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team. This position is part-time and allows for remote work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting in managing customer accounts, providing support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate support to customers regarding their accounts. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Assist in managing and updating customer account information. 4. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or requests. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. 7. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Assist in monitoring account performance and identifying areas for improvement. 9. Prepare reports and analysis on customer accounts as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Hardworking and able to work independently. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in customer service or account management. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
