Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a remote Account Support Specialist to join our team at UEM Sunrise Berhad. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a high level of independence and resourcefulness, as well as excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing assistance with account setup and management - Resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs - Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for clients - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively seeking out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively - Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software systems quickly - Detail-oriented and organized - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
